This conventionally framed steel structure includes elements of Prairie Style design with a façade composed of brick, synthetic plaster and glazing. The building has been situated on the site to maximize the views of the adjacent wooded areas for the occupants of the structure. The glazing will allow an abundance of natural light to penetrate into all of the occupied areas of the building as well as provide a connection to the flora and fauna adjacent to the building. Principles of design consistent with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system have been incorporated.
